We are a private company made up of coffee cooperatives and solidarity investors, committed to social responsibility and a solidarity-focused approach. We support our member farmers by providing technical-productive, financial, and commercial services, fostering the creation of producer organizations that benefit from direct access to national and international markets through the production and commercialization of finished products and/or the export of their coffee.
Café Perú began operations in 1964 as a Central Association of Agrarian Coffee Cooperatives. Over time, due to commercial dynamism and market opportunities, some cooperatives became independent while others were absorbed by companies in the sector. As a result, on April 17, 2001, Café Perú was officially established as Corporación de Productores Café Perú SAC to continue operations, an initiative led by five agrarian cooperatives with an initial share capital of S/ 10,000.
